I purchased the BEIARA Kids Smart Phone for my six-year-old daughter as a way to teach her responsibility and how to take care of a smartphone. I was not expecting it to be a high-end device, but I was pleasantly surprised by its features and performance. The size of the phone is perfect for small hands. The screen is large enough to be easy to use, but not so big that it is difficult to hold. The phone also comes with a lanyard, which helps to prevent it from being lost. The software on the phone is similar to that of a kids smart watch. The apps and games are responsive and there are a number of educational apps included. I was unable to get the pedometer to work, but the other apps worked well. There are also a music player and a flashlight app. The camera on the phone is good for a kids toy. It has a forward-facing and rear-facing camera, as well as a few filters to play with. The included storage is an 8GB SD card. The battery life on the phone is good. On a full charge, I would estimate that it gets about three hours of playtime or a day or so of standby time. The phone charges via USB-C. My daughter has learned to use most of the apps on the phone on her own. The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. She has already learned to set timers, play games, listen to stories, and record and watch videos. Overall, I am very happy with the BEIARA Kids Smart Phone. It is a great way to introduce children to the concept of a smartphone without giving them access to a real one. The phone is affordable, durable, and easy to use. I would definitely recommend it to other parents. I got this phone for my 2 yr old so that he could stop using everyone else's phone. This is a great alternative as it distrats him from wanting ours and he feels happy to have his own. This little phone is pretty impressive for a kids toy phone! It has a good camera and video recorder, I can record music, and download music to the phone for him, and it even tells child stories. They also have many different games on it. I would recommend the games for 3 yrs and up. My son likes them but is still grasping the concept at 2 and he's pretty advanced for his age. I gave this to my baby for her 2nd birthday, and boy did she love it! The phone seems a bit small, but in her hands it was the perfect size. I was additionally surprised that the plastic was firm, and not cheap feeling. It has already survived multiple drops w/o breaking or cracking the frame or the screen. The phone came with a type C charger, and also came with a handy lanyard that you can pop in and out with ease. The games and the interface are easy to access, and she has a blast navigating through all the prompts. I get a 2010 cheap camera vibe from the camera, but if a toddler is taking the photos, it still works perfectly, and she adores it. I definitely recommend keeping an eye out on if your kid leaves the flashlight on or not, because mine have killed the battery that way. My daughter probably uses the phone 2-3 hours throughout the day, and the battery has lasted nearly a week.
