It says the memory card isn't inserted even though it is. All the functions have stopped working completely. I've reset the phone and removed and reinstalled the memory card multiple times. Very disappointed in the quality.

After two days of working, the phone just shut off and won’t turn on. Won’t charge, won’t work. Update: they reached out to me on their own and gave a full refund. So adding starts for great customer service!
