Bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas and never worked right. Ruined her day because she didn’t get to enjoy her gift while everyone else got to play with theirs. Customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen!!! All they wanted was to keep telling me what to do and how to work on it; excuse me but that’s not my job! Bought it expecting something nice instead got the worst gift ever. Had to buy my granddaughter another gift after spending all the money on this one and they won’t even consider giving a refund. Would have given 0 stars if there was an option! Don’t waste your time or money just so your child will be disappointed!

Setting up it was very straightforward. The instructions were clear. My kids were so excited. They love it and can’t get enough of it. It has a few speeds my younger one went with the slowest but my older loved it with the fastest. The battery lasts long enough to give them both plenty time on it before needing a recharge. It’s super cool!

The media could not be loaded. This 24V motorcycle is a hit! The pink color is perfect and LED headlights look fantastic. Luckily it has three speed options tl provide a safe experience for kids as this gets very fast at the highest setting. Seems to have a good run time and has nice added features such as built-in music to help keep kids entertained. It's definitely sturdy enough to handle smaller adults as well.

This is a great ride on motorcycle. Its very fast. My daughter loves it. My only gripe with it is the back wheel came a little wobbly, the brakes were a pain to figure out how to tighten and the chain kind of grinds on the sides. I spoke with the company about it and they attempted to help by telling me things to do. None of which worked. Unfortunately the best they could do was offer me 11% refund back. Better than nothing but doesn't help that the chain still grinds and the brakes aren't the best. I would buy it again though in hopes that maybe ours was just a fluke.

This kids motorcycle was a great present to my kid. She is seven years old and uses it very well. It is quite good well made product. It took around 15 minutes to put it together by myself. For her age it is great . It has three speed options. It is powerful enough to carry 150 lbs. so far we love it, hopefully it will be durable and last long times
