It had a part missing from the back of it. The microphone was not on it when we got it. But now my grandson wants it so he can sing to us. We were unaware of this missing part and didn’t think he would miss it 😢 please help me with this. Thank you kindly

    • Very basic would return it but my kid actually uses it
It doesn’t light up, the microphone doesn’t record, there aren’t many demo songs it’s very basic but it gets the job done I guess. If my kid didn’t already start playing with it after getting it for his birthday I would return it. Wish I tested it out before I wrapped it is all. Oh well, it’ll probably break in a week and I’ll get a better one. The microphone already is acting kinda funny, sounds fuzzy and barely works ... show more

    • Keys are 1 half a note off. And it doesn't sound like a piano, but it's good for a kids 1st keyboard
Great as a first keyboard for my little one. A big complaint is that the sound is a bit odd. The instruments don't really sound like they should. There's piano, organ, bells, trumpet, violin... they all sound odd and not much like the actual instruments. And then the notes are 1/2 pitch off. Middle C is actually a C# and all the rest of the keys are off the same way. They are, however, mostly in tune. But hey, what do you expect from a $25 child' keyboard. It's still fun to play around on. You will only be able to play two keys at once. So no chords. Which is not that bad since my little one smashes the keys with her whole hands. ... show more

This keyboard is much smaller than I thought it would be. It’s more for toddlers than a 9 year old which is whom I bought it for. There was quite a bit of static during the music buttons or while switching to a different one. It kept freezing and would have to be shut off and turned back on in order to play something different. The microphone is super smal. But none the less my Niece loved it. ... show more

    • Mostly works great
Worked, except the power button was very temperamental. Ended up ordering a replacement and the power button is less finicky, and not reliable. Everything else works fine and can be louder than expected. All the instruments, keys, rhythms, and demos work fine otherwise.

    • Good kid toy - no headphone option
This is a great kid keyboard. I bought this for my 6 year old who is now on summer break. I work from home so was hoping this could connect to her headphones. Unfortunately the only jack I found is for the mic and the volume only goes down so far. Good sound. Nice nice for small fingers.
