I purchased this item in August 2025. It was only used inside the house indoors, never outside. Now I have had this item for 4 months and it stopped working. Won’t charge, won’t move, no music will play. No way to get a hold of the company. I checked on the store, no company phone number to call for help. My grandson loves it, but now it will not work for no apparent reason. Just beware, no customer service, I ask Amazon… they said too late and unable to return. It should have lasted longer than months with light use by one child in doors. I am very sad that I can’t talk to someone to help repair. I would not recommend this company . Not worth the money for 4 months of light use. I can’t believe they have no contact info on the store website when you search on Amazon. Not just poor customer service, no customer service ! You will be sad if you buy this.

I bought 2 for my 2 year old twins & they are really cute easy to put together but I’m confused about the wheels why do the 2 smaller ones sit up in the air so high & not touch the ground ? It seems like an odd way to balance it because the only time you feel unstable is when those wheels are going from the air to the ground when your weight shifts …did I do something wrong or is this really meant to be like this ?

This Kids Electric Ride On Car turned out to be an absolute hit with my 4- and 6-year-old girls! At first, we were honestly pretty frustrated because we couldn’t figure out how to charge it. We even tried unscrewing the battery from the outside, which didn’t work. After carefully rereading the instructions, we realized the real battery was under the seat and needed to be connected to the car—once we did that, everything worked perfectly. Now the girls ride it every single day, even trying to take it to the bathroom! The LED lights and music make it extra exciting for them (though I admit, the music can be a little much for adults). It’s sturdy, fun, and surprisingly space-saving compared to other ride-on and bumper cars we’ve had before.
