We were so upset when we charged the car for 12 hours as stated to do so and the car still would not work. I finally decided to take the seat off and a small plastic piece was on the battery and the red wire was not connected. I took the plastic piece off and connected the red wire and the car works great. I had already started a return. It would be nice for the company put in the instructions that the battery needs to be manually connected. This was purchased for a 5 year olds birthday present and she was unable to ride it for a whole day. There is a spot on the bottom of the car to place batteries but pictured below there is not battery connections to hold the batteries in. Unsure what the battery spot is for still. She was so disappointed! Other than that issue the car is working great so far.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this ride-on car for my 5-year-old and 3-year-old, and they both picked it up so quickly! Within minutes, they were zipping around the house with the biggest smiles on their faces. The lights on the wheels are super cool, and the music adds so much excitement for them. I really appreciate that it’s rechargeable — no need to constantly buy batteries! It feels very sturdy and safe, especially with the anti-rollover design. And to be honest… I even tried riding it myself just for fun — and it held up just fine! 😆 We’ve been using it both indoors and outdoors, and it glides really well on all surfaces. The build quality is impressive and I can see this lasting us a long time. This wiggle car keeps my kids happy, active, and away from screens — totally worth it. Highly recommend it for families with toddlers or young kids!
