Purchased this for my 6 year old for Christmas. The quality of the materials is top notch and the instructions were very easy to follow. We did encounter an issue where the company did not send the appropriate bolts for the bass drum. Initially, when I attempted to reach out through Amazon, the link to contact the company failed. DON’T think that means they aren’t available to help. Their customer service is [email protected]. Apparently, they are in the process of switching the bass drum brackets and some boxes still contained the old, shorter bolts. One email and Lily from Vangoa was Johnny-on-the-spot with a reply and immediately shipped out the replacement bolts. She followed up several times to make sure we received them and successfully assembled the drums. I have been so impressed with this company and their dedication to their customers’ success. Great buy!

Pros: Arrived on time, no damages, everything mentioned to be included, was present. Very well made for the price asked. Cons: Smaller than expected, high hat cheaply made and stix were too small.

I recommend this set for any kid looking to learn the drums. The quality is outstanding! Like a professional set. When unboxing I thought I had the wrong parts, when I contacted customer support they responded within hours to let me know the design was updated and they provided me with instructions how to put my parts together. Customer support was very nice and timely in their response. My son loves this set and it’s beautiful.

Purchased the drum set with not that high expectations but honestly surprised. The delivery was on time and delivery workers helpful. Box is huge. Assembling it was super easy but goes quicker with 2 people. Quality isn’t too bad. Love the snare drum. The size is usable for many size people. You might need to adjust a couple of things but for a young pre teen is a good size. Adults play comfortably. It’s a simple drum set. For what it’s worth not bad at all. Doesn’t take up that much space either!

I got the drums and when I went to put them together I noticed I didn’t have the right logs for the bass drum but I contacted the company and they emailed me right away and within 2 days I had the right logs. Excellent service. I actually bought the drums in July for Christmas so I had them in the unopened box for months and they still were amazing at sending me the right parts. I googled the company name and email their customer service. Again very thankful and my son loves his drum set.

I guess I should have opened the package before Christmas Eve to make sure it was all there. Unfortunately I went to put this together for a Christmas present for my 7 year old and the screws for the bass drum aren’t long enough. I saw a few similar reviews but unfortunately didn’t see those reviews until just now. Everything connects to the bass drum so the entire set is garbage without the bass drum. Thankfully I had a backup present but what a total let down. Really wish this wasn’t such garbage.
