Bought two of these for my twins for Christmas. Less than 30 days later one is totally dead, battery still shows as good and all connections are secure. I message the seller and am told to send a video and they will fwd to their technical dept. I turn the key and nothing happens, why send a video. My husband is a mechanic, if he says it’s dead it’s dead. I try to initiate a return, only to get a label needing “postage”. By the time I pay to return this I will be better off just buying something else. Oh and also, the second atv is still going, albeit much slower and has lost most of its power. They have been used 1-2 times a week since December 24. I spent over $700 on these things. Save yourself time and money and just get something cheaper. ... show more

I bought two black bikes for my kids. My husband had a bit of trouble with the manual for the first one, but the second one was easy to assemble. The kids really like them; they're just the right size and speed for my 5-year-old and 4-year-old. Allot smaller than expected. Having a difficult time putting together. The instructions are clear but the handlebars have a screw that appears to be stripped. I like that it is a 24volt. Easy to charge. Love the color. Nice seat that is adjustable

I bought this as my daughter’s 4th birthday present. I was worried it was going to be small because pictures don’t really do these things justice but I gambled and bought it and I’m glad I did. It’s plenty big and she can ride it for couple of years to come. Only really downfall my order didn’t come with instructions but a quick YouTube search helped a lot as one is on there. It doesn’t really turn left all that great but no complaints as my daughter rode on it for an hour and a half right outta the box and never stopped smiling. ... show more
