Super cute bed but the corkscrews aren’t sturdy. The one side has already come undone and won’t stay🤦🏽♀️ My son loves his bed but I don’t think corkscrews were the best idea

  • Good for a three year old
Fairly study bed for a three year old. But not study enough for a three year old jumping on the bed. My son loves it as much as he loves real fire trucks. Manufacturer is very responsive. I was missing one of the side panels, contacted the manufacturer and had it at the house in less than a week. Overall very happy with the purchase. ... show more

  • Smooth design and color. Nice interior storage.
This was a decent purchase and cute way to introduce our son to his "big boy" bed. It was a lovely Christmas present. Although, the build was a bit challenging. My husband built it the night before and it was a bit frustrating. For that, I gave it a 4 star rating. My other con is that these beds, like any other, are easily outgrown. However, the reasonable price seems decent considering the amount of use it will see. Hopefully, my younger one will benefit from this bed when the time is right. The inner storage bin is a helpful addition for our son to store a few toys. He loves his bed and the feeling of independence. Now, he's able to get up and go more freely and definitely easier for us and our backs. (smiles). ... show more

  • Less sturdy than I would like
My son loves this bed. We assembled in less than an hour. My only complaint is some of the pieces of wood cracked when we were putting the screws in. They weren’t structurally important pieces, just part of the bookshelf, so overall I was happy with the bed

  • Quality
After reading some of the older reviews, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to buy. I figured that the company must have updated the design for all the pieces to fit and sturdiness. I decided to try it anyway. It arrived with all the pieces and nicely labeled for easy assembly. The first pieces seem like something is off but wasn’t. I had to make sure that I had all the pieces turned to the correct side. After that the directions were easy to follow and i liked the color coded screws. My son loves his bed and it got him out of ours! I would recommend it. ... show more

  • Cute bed - not the highest quality
We needed a temporary toddler bed for my son and weren’t looking for anything crazy expensive. To find a bed at this price point is great, but don’t expect high quality. One of the panels came damaged (the exterior paint finish was actually scratched on one of the fire engine windows). In addition, the dowels are very poorly fitting, which would probably explain a lot of other reviewers’ comments about the bed feeling insecure and unstable. Some dowels hardly fit in due to excess dried paint in the corresponding holes, or are too short and small making them altogether useless. All my son wants to do is jump on the bed since we put it together (it does look like a toy afterall so who can blame him), but I can’t let him do that out of the fear of it breaking. If you’re wanting something for a few years, or something that is high quality, this product may not be what you’re looking for. Overall, this is what I expected at this price point. It will do its job for the time we need it, and I won’t feel too guilty when we need to replace it with a bigger kid bed. Not to mention it’s very cute and would make any little kid who likes fire trucks pretty happy I’m sure. ... show more

  • Good price+bed, quick delivery, holding up my my kid jumping on it
Good price, decent bed, quick delivery; not regretting this purchase (neither is my insanely thrilled toddler)... Had it a week and it's holding up to my 35lb 3 ry old jumping on it and my 130lb self laying on it with him. Read the reviews before I bought it and was trepidatious to purchase it but decided to any way. As I opened the box and removed each piece I was pleasantly surprised. Not terrible quality for the price. Took me (I'm the resident handy man around these parts) about an hour to put the bed together. The instructions took some figuring out as I had to perform a few processes of elimination and use my ability to deduce what they really meant, but I'm well versed in assembling so it wasn't too bad. We hyped our kid up about the bed and he was so insanely ecstatic when he finally laid eyes on it that his reaction to it and how cute it is already makes it worth the purchase. If the bed breaks or cracks or anything of the sort I will definitely update this review as I know how honest and truthful reviews are extremely helpful. ... show more

  • Good toddler Cot
Overall this toddler cot is good. My son's (3 yr old) transition from Crib to Toddler cot was easier than we thought with this Fire Truck designed cot, which is one of his favorite themes. Initially we had trouble making him lie on the correct side. He prefered to sleep with his head on the front side of the truck, but the guard rails are on the back side of the truck. It took couple of days to convince him to sleep in the correct direction/orientation. After that it was perfect. He uses the toy storage area for some of his favorite toys. It did take a while to put it together (about 3-4 hours with some distractions in between). One issue I would say with this cot is, in the middle of the truck, on the inside, the screw projects out so much, the mattress was not an easy fit. It is a very tight fit in the middle section I described above. I even worry, the side wall of the mattress could tear because of this. And we use the regular sized mattress. ... show more
