    • Good value for the money
I installed this kit in my 2011 Ford F-150. This is a good kit for the price. Kicker sub sounds amazing and amp has enough juice to power it. There should be a 4-gauge power and ground wire in stead of the 8, but even still, def worth the money. I will upgrade my power and ground at a later time.

Bought this as a christmas present for my son with the intentions to install it ourselves. Fortunately we decided to have the professionals at Best Buy do it. We were informed that the amp was not compatible with the subwoofer. They said it may work for a while, but wouldnt be good sound quality and may eventually short out the components. They also stated that the wiring kit is not thick enough for this application anyway and may cause a fire!! Like I said, we are lucky we didnt install it ourselves! Now HiFi- soundconnection wont accept return of their brand new, in the package, incompatible components since its past the 30 days return window! I never write reviews, but I had to for this one. Im Hoping this keeps others safe and saves them some money and headache. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I put it in the back of my challenger because I needed trunk space. It's decent if your coming from nothing. However I feel it should come with a higher watt amp.
