Definitely gives out the power. I do wish it had a sub sonic filter. It’s used in a 2011 Highlander with 320amp alternator, 1/0 big 3 upgrade (skyhigh), 4g kicker amp wiring plus a xp950 supplement battery.

This amp is a great value for the money. Look up the dyno results and it makes a real 1100 watts plus. Tons of good reliable power for the money.

    • Definitely worth the money
I bought this amp to drive my 12” Kicker CompR dual sub enclosure and provides plenty of low end bass that you can feel and it shakes the rear view mirror of my F150 hits the lows very nicely. This amp sounds amazing. I’m running 4 gauge power and ground wire with a 1 Farad capacitor. I can say the amp also does not run hot which I’ve had a few issues with in the past from other units. Kicker has finally made thier amplifiers 1ohm stable. Great kicker power, small package size makes for easy placement during installation. Highly efficient amplifiers 87.5 percent till clipping at 2-4ohms. 75% at 1ohm which is still great. mine made a great 1406watt rms at 1ohm. Sound quality was also great for a class d amplifier. Overall a great buy for your subwoofers on most factory alternators. ... show more

I can't tell this is isn't more expensive unit. This small, powerfully, little amp is pushing a 15 with not problem. Coupled with a JL LOC it plugs right into my factor system and haven't had a problem since installing. You'll need and ossicllscope or volt meter (not preferred recommend) to tune to eliminate clipping ... show more
