I want to caveat my review: It's possible I've received a faulty unit. This is also for the "Updated" airbrush. I can't speak to the other one Kibee produces. The construction and components are excellent. The airbrush produces a predictable spray pattern - that is indeed modifiable by the user. However, from the moment you activate the compressor, you get a constant airflow. Paint does not flow unless I pull back the trigger, but the flow of air remains constant regardless of trigger position. In a dual-action airbrush - you would need to press downward on the trigger (to engage air-flow) and then pull back on the same trigger (to release paint). In this case, you *do need to pull the trigger back* to release paint, however the air is flowing consistently while the compressor is on. *** I have disassembled and reassembled the unit - all parts are present and appear to be of good manufacture, O-rings appear to be seated correctly, and yet the air flows through all the same. *** I want to stress - the components are good. But the design is not dual-action.

This airbrush is awesome. I love how long the charge lasts, making it useful for multiple applications. The upgraded body stand is more efficient than the previous version and stands well on its own. A1 product worth 5 stars for sure!

Edit to add 6/13/23: Changing my rating- I have purchased two of these guns, 6 months apart, because the gun malfunctioned (same issue with BOTH) and I can't get in touch with ANYBODY from the manufacturer. The trigger lost resistance both times and is only spraying air, no fluid. I only use this item 1-2x a month, so it's not user error or abuse of product. I've never dropped or mishandled it & I clean it well. The 1st time, I tried to troubleshoot it on my own but one of the sodered pieces broke, so I bought a new gun. 6 mths later, same issue- so I left it alone and have been trying to contact SOMEONE for a replacement. I refuse to pay for a third replacement of the same item. Do not recommend. I'm a Professional Spray Tan Artist and this little machine has been a GAME CHANGER for custom body contouring (creating definition, accentuating abs and muscles, etc). I can charge extra for this service, thanks to this portable airbrush gun. The airflow is adjustable but super atomized for a really precise application. One full charge can last upward of an hour (which is 2-3 services for me).
