Update: received the updated version and so far it works great. It’s only been two uses so time will tell but I am hopeful. Since the company seems to monitor these one piece of advice. It would be super helpful if the power button wasn’t located directly where you put your hands to hold it while cleaning. I accidentally turn it off often. Otherwise useful product. I got this at the end of 2023 and have used it probably 10 times since then. The first 8 times were amazing. Worked super well and takes a lot of the hard work out of cleaning the bathtub and shower stall. The next time though it would stop working after about thirty seconds of turning on. I assumed it needed to be charged even though I had just done that. Nope. Continued with the same problem. I put it away and picked it up again this week to try and not only did it do the same thing, this time it only stayed on for about five seconds before finally just not turning on. This is great in concept but not worth the money for something that doesn’t last even a reasonable amount of uses. After reading reviews it seems this is happening often. ***EDITED - I am no longer disappointed. MultiYield reached out to me via email and here on my review. They offered a resolution and I accepted a new one sent to me. It came promptly as promised. I am so happy with the product. After the four hour charge, I used it on our two bathrooms. I am crippled up with Anklyosing Spondylitis and can not bend. This product is the missing link to keeping our bathrooms so sparkly clean. I love keeping our home fresh and clean, however, with disabilities, the bathrooms have always been the hardest to do. I actually enjoyed scrubbing the whole bathroom with this product!!!! I am so glad I took the plunge and made the purchase. 🤣 Pun intended! Thank you MultiYield for selling a very useful product and for making me a happy customer! 💜 First time using it, it only worked for about 4 minutes. Then would shut off. Even with a full charge and following all instructions. Second time using it, it only worked for 5 seconds and then shuts off. I am not using pressure to make it turn off and flash red. I hit the on button and without even touching the brush onto anything, just holding it, it still shuts off at 5 seconds. Then I am able to turn it back on after 5 seconds. Then after 5 seconds it turns off again. Not once, did I get to use it. IT IS COMPLETELY USELESS!!!!! I am so disappointed. I am crippled up and was counting on this being a good thing. This is my favorite cleaning tool. The different attachments are great and easy to change. My kids even enjoy using it! I mostly use it to clean the showers. It worked great on the tile in our old house too. The charge lasts a good amount of time. I usually charge it 30 mins before cleaning and it gets everything done with no issue. Absolutely loved this for about 6 months but then it stopped working all of a sudden. My husband took it apart and reassembled it and it worked again. Then it slowly started losing power and now stops if given too much pressure. It's also now completely rusted and will now go to any shorter lengths. Was otherwise great especially while pregnant, I could scrub everything so easily! Will add pictures at a different time. ... show more
