  • Another excellent installment in the series!
I’ve loved every book in the Front Desk series and Key Player is no different! Kelly Yang is fantastic at writing characters and situations that feel real (both the good and the bad)! Mia, her friends and family are a warm and wonderful group of people that I root for in every book. They learn and grow together and show us the best that people can be! ... show more

As with the first book in the series I wish that a little bit more insight could be given for the opposite opinions of the political issues and social issues presented. The issues were presented in an appropriate way but I feel for the age group reading this book they need to understand both sides of an issue instead of being persuaded to one side. ... show more
