    • The sprayer is the only drawback
I love this spray wax - not to heavy but makes my hair hold those chunky bits and it smells great. People will even tell you. HOWEVER - I've read reviews and the one drawback is that about a third of the way through this expensive can of product, the sprayer will quit working and no pin or hot water will do the trick. Which is the only solution I received from the Kevin Murphy company. Otherwise, their customer sevice was useless. I did find, hpwever, that if you remove the cap and use the plastic sprayer cap from just about any other can of hair product, it works just fine. So if you have any extra can of anything sitting around, trade tops and don't waste your time communicating with the company. It works and it's much faster. ... show more

    • Defective spray nozzle
I love this product. I was able to use the spray wax only twice before the spray nozzle would no longer work. Unfortunately it's been 2 months since I purchased it so I can't return it. This same situation happened to the previous can of spray wax I bought (not from this supplier). So I think Kevin Murphy company needs to fix the defect in their spray nozzles. Try to make my thin hair fuller. Again, kind of spendy but you don't need alot.

    • My ex introduced me to this: it's awesome for my thinning/thick hair
I'm aging, so my hair is thinning. Not thinning as in Male Pattern Baldness, but the hair shafts themselves are getting thinner. The heavy pastes and pomades I used before just don't work. Light-weight creams don't have enough strength to hold my hair in place, especially in my windy neighborhood. Spray wax is awesome, particularly the Kevin Murphy brand. I keep my hair fairly short, with some length in front, and the spray wax keeps my front locks in place. "Dry fly-aways" was my experience for the past decade, even with my short hair.     • Best Hair Product I've Ever Used
Hands down the best hair product ive ever used. Not only does it keep your hair in place, but it also gives you the freedom to keep touching your hair (hense the name). Doubles as a deodorant as the scent is very pleasant, and i have gotten comments on how good i smell directly from my hair.

I bought Touchable because I like it but my previous can was defective - it would not spray after using for a few weeks. The new one came and worked fine, but now I'm having the same problem with spraying. My brother tried to fix it but to no avail. This is twice this has happened, and I can't return it because it's been over 30 days. It is 3/4 full and I'm not going to keep buying it. ... show more
