I have used this up to 100 lb dumbbell and it was solid. No movement in the handle and attached to dumbbells with different size grips no problem.

I like NOT buying a set of kettle bells. Device works as advertised. Only complaint is it almost tearing my fingernail off when opening it up. I'm sure it's just me, but happened twice now...and freaking hurts! Other than probable user error, I like this thing!
