I have a few Keter plastic storage and workbench items and they are all made well, this included. This is in a sizable box, but it's not too heavy. The heaviest thing is the top, which is in a separate sub-box inside and pretty well protected. Some folks have mentioned damage to the top in shipping but mine was fine. Assembly was very easy and the instructions were clear. It took about 20 minutes to assemble. I do find the doors are a little stiff to open but not overly so - I may sand down the edges that catch to help a bit. I use this for my small Blackstone Traveler 2-burner (22"). It's almost perfect for it - it sits on top and the plastic construction is well protected by the metal tabletop. There is a significant gap between the top and the shelf. I've had it on high for 30 minutes and there's no sign of heat issues on the plastic. I cut a small hole in the side where I can run the propane line into the bottom cabinet where I store the propane tank (fits perfectly). It works really well. The storage area below could use a shelf, so I may make something for the half not consumed by the tank to make it more useful. The top allows plenty of prep space and the open shelf right below the top is also a great space for cooking needs. And I love the spice shelf at the end. My only gripe specific to my use case is it does put the griddle top a little high - It would be perfect if it was 4" shorter, but that's not a fault of the product. As for rust, I've had this for about 3 months now, stored outside on an uncovered deck (exposed), but I do keep it covered with a Blackstone cover. So far, I've had zero rust (this is not 304 stainless, so it can rust). I'll keep an eye on it, but even with normal environment/cooking buildup, it cleans up perfectly with stainless steel wipes. I was going to try to build a cart for my Blackstone since the Traveller stand is limited on prep space - I'm glad I purchased this instead as it's much more versatile and lighter weight than constructing something out of wood. I needed a good prep table for grilling and this is it. Assembly was very easy...in fact I was very impressed with the engineering of this unit...pretty hard to mess up on what goes where - because it can only go together one way. Not just click and fit - which it is, but reinforced in a few critical spots with the supplied bolts and a few screws. Solid as a rock and looks great. Very highly recommend this prep table! This cart was easy to put together, although I needed my rubber mallet to snap some of the sections together as I didn’t have the hand strength to manually do it. It looks great n Dr to our grill. Easy to move around. The shelving area is definitely waterproof because no moisture got in with the torrential rains of Hurricane Idalia. Great value. I purchased the Keter Unity XL Portable Table and Storage Cabinet, in Espresso Brown for our deck. Our family needed storage and a tabletop for setting things out for bbq and parties. We are incredibly happy with our purchase!! I wasn't sure when shopping for this, but I like Amazon's return policy, so I figured I'd give it a go! The directions were easy to follow and everything was well labeled!!! The only tool I needed was a screwdriver. The piece looks like a nice piece of furniture, not plastic. It has a lot of storage inside and on the shelf. Its perfect for what we needed!! Inside, we have bbq accessories, large package of paper plates, some random items and there is still more room! I chose not to put the feet and the wheels on it, but may at a later time. The little accessories on it are a nice touch for extras: paper towels, kitchen towel, etc. If you are looking for a quality outdoor storage that will look nice, this is a must BUY!! It's pretty much as advertised. Assembly was a little harder than it should have been. There were a couple of steps that weren't clear in the instructions where I lost time, but once I figured it out, it was easy. The instructions are simply pictures with no written instructions, so you have to decipher pictures to assemble it. It took one person, one hour to complete. Great table… but… it lacks shelves in bottom of cart. This leaves a large void that creates a “junk pile” of accessories . The simple addition of a shelf inside the door storage area would make this a five star purchase!
