This Unity XL grill cart is the third Keter product I've purchased. In case you care, I have the Folding Work Table (bought at a hardware store) and the 90-gallon Deck Box also. I'm very pleased with this company. As I was assembling the grill cart (with excellent instructions included and online), I discovered the metal top was damaged with significant dents. I immediately called Keter support. After a lengthy hold, I was greeted by a friendly and helpful agent who processed my issue and provided a replacement part without much fuss. Seriously, besides the hold wait, I spent more time giving my shipping details than describing the damage. Keter is amazing to work with. Now, the cart is sturdy. Most of it snaps together with the occasional fastener for good measure. Assembly was easy, but I take my time and am fairly organized when setting it all up. I took my time and only made one misstep, which was easy to readjust. The parts are all molded resin, so some of the snaps you're supposed to hear aren't as loud as others. I used a soft mallet to gently tap parts together once I was certain, very certain, they were aligned properly. On the negative side, there may be a little warping in some of the edges, so be careful when slipping one part into another. Also, the front doors are a pretty tight fit, but that is both good and bad, as you could imagine. One other thing I would add to it is a removable shelf (one side only) inside the cavity, but I can use shelf organizers to accomplish what I need, so there's no urgency to that request. The enclosed literature states how much weight can be put on each shelf and the totals will surprise you. The interior shelf holds 100lbs (45kg) and the top, metal shelf holds a whopping 150lbs (68kg). The spice rack even holds 12lbs (5kg)--that's a spicy cart! Love this entire piece, took away one star because I so wish it had shelves inside would be so much nicer. After it is assembled I think it is too late to think about that so bear that in mind and get them in prior to assembling the entire thing, I think my husband would kill me for mentioning it now but I watched him put this together and it was amazingly easy. Also was a scratch on the stainless top but no big deal. I intend to put something on that to protect it. Comes with a cover which is great right! It fits over it perfectly and is well made. Its plastic (thick and appears to be very sturdy) so it should last down here in the SC humidity which destroys a lot of outdoor stuff. Doors open easily already stocked inside, have pans for veggies in there and side gear love the included hangers for barbecue tools , very useful. Overall great piece, good size also. I can see us using this as a serving table and bar top versatile. Very happy with the purchase. If they had shelves this would be the most perfect piece in the world... so I could keep stuff away from getting pollen dusted LOL. ... show more

Cart is VERY sturdy and really well made. I read reviews of people that had problems putting the pieces together. I don't know if I was lucky but the pieces fit together without issue. They go together a little tight, but that's a good thing- that why it's so sturdy. People also had problems following the assembly directions. I have no idea why, they were very concise and easy to follow. Just take your time, look at the pictures before each step and you shouldn't have any issues. Thought this was going to be great, but when I try to put it together ( me and 3 others) no one can get the second side to "click" into place. Without this, I cant put anything together. Looked nice, but useless to me if it cant be assembled. Photos show the good side with no gap, and the bad side that does not fit and has a gap. PS. I have tried flipping it the other way, trying on the other side piece and still just does not fit! ... show more

    • Great Weatherproof Value for extra space on the deck or porch
I needed a little more counter space for the grill area. I wanted something low maintenance that could withstand the tropical weather of rain and sun and the crazy humidity of central Florida. I picked the Keter Utility table. The box arrived on time and contained all the parts. It's a big box and medium heavy, and you will need some space to unload it and put the table together. The instructions are better than most and can be deciphered with a bit of time and patience: all pictures and very little text. I put together the table solo, and it took about 1-1/2 hours. I got the unit put together and only had one time when I had to redo the previous assembly. (apparently, I skipped a picture) All the parts fit together as they should, and the quality and build are what I was expecting for a "poly table." I've had experience with other plastic outdoor "deck boxes," Hose reels, and planters. This table was on par with the products that I've used in the past. The top is made of low-grade 300 stainless steel, and I've read reviews of the top rusting or deteriorating. I heeded the reviews and applied car wax on the top for additional protection. I also ordered one of the covers for the table. I anticipate the top will work fine. Overall, the table appears to be of decent value and should last for years based on similar "poly" products I've owned. Order the table and take your time with the instructions. Orient the instructions in the same direction as the assembly of your table, so when you look at the table, the front is in the same place as the front on the instructions. The same goes for left/right. It should make it a little easier to interpret the pictures. ... show more
