    • That's what I needed.

So far so good. Product seems nice and sturdy. Goes together pretty easily. Heavy natural marble stand. Nothing fancy. But it seems to do the job.

    • Super sturdy
Color: Black
Review Image by John and Bonnie Little
I bought this to replace an old wood coat rack that I’ve been using for probably 30 years, but it finally broke. I’m very pleased with this coat rack. It’s incredibly sturdy and very stable, quite easy to put together. The only drawback is the caps that go on the ends of the hooks seem like they would come off fairly easily, so I will probably just glue them down if they fall off. It was well packaged and all of the tools necessary for putting it together were included. There was also an extra screw, spacer, and endcap. Highly recommended. ... show more

    • Finally an AWESOME coat rack
Color: Black
I recently purchased the Kertnic Metal Coat Rack Stand and I must say I am thoroughly impressed with its quality and sturdiness. The rack is able to handle all my winter coats and jackets with ease, without any fear of tipping over. The marble base is a great addition that adds to the stability of the rack. The assembly process was a breeze and the finished product looks great in my entryway. I was so satisfied with the product that I even bought another one as a gift for a friend. Overall, I would highly recommend the Kertnic Metal Coat Rack Stand to anyone in need of a stable and stylish coat rack. It is definitely worth the investment! ... show more

    • Great product, but quality control is missing!
Color: White
Please note that these comments are based solely on my personal experience, and with a sample size of one. Having said this, I want to outline some pros and cons for this product. Pros: ------------ Attractive - The coating matches our flooring and lighting. The base is also attractive. Sturdy - Parts are bolted together, so there is no wiggle room or loose parts. Relatively Stable - The heavy base contributes to a relatively stable product, and the perfectly flat base ELIMINATES wobble. Cons you do not expect from a more expensive product: ----------------------------------------------------------------- Poor to no quality control - The bottom pole arrived with a large and highly visible dent right out of the box, and one of the rod ends would not accept any end caps because the pipe was too wide (requiring additional work to make it fit). Coating is fragile - While tightening the screws, you could remove some of the white coating (even with the rubber washers). I did not attempt to return this product thus I have no feed-back regarding their customer service, however, comparing this product to what it replaced, it seems more stable and more functional with additional hooks (Something I would expect when I pay ~$60 more). Altogether, I would recommend this product for its esthetics and functionality despite my perception of serious failure in quality control. ... show more

    • Sturdy, stable and strong
Color: Black
I am very happy with this coat rack so far. We've had it about 6 months, and it's doing very well. Our previous coat rack (which was wooden) had eventually snapped and broken, after years of use and being weighed down. (And the one before that had eventually snapped and broken, too!) This one, being metal, seems stronger, and I'm hoping will last longer. Also, it is about a foot shorter than our previous coat rack, and it has fewer hooks on it, over all, which means you end up putting fewer coats on it, which should preserve it from breaking over time, I imagine! (Which is not a problem - I'd been lazy and had been piling ALL our coats and jackets on it, even the ones we weren't wearing anymore, or ones that were not in season! Lol. Now, I simply put our extra coats and jackets that we wear less frequently in a closet instead!) I like the fact that it's a little less tall too - it's plenty tall enough for our coats, but doesn't obscure quite so much light! A good purchase! ... show more

    • Company steps up and backs their product !
Color: Bronze
I liked everything about the product but the base was cracked from one end to the other. It functions fine but ugly to look at the bottom. I hid it in the corner of my office. Three days later company reaches out to me to either refund 100% or replace marble base. Kudo's to them for actually following thru and resolving my issue. The product now looks perfect in my office and can hold quite a few coats. THANK YOU !!!! ... show more

    • Not very durable or heavy duty
Color: Black
Review Image by Jim
This looked nice when we got. We had about maybe 40 lbs of coats on it. I had to tilt the rack by hand to access a coat on the backside by the wall. The plate that is in the bottom tube which the bottom base plate attaches to by a bolt, simply pulled out. This was minor physical moving of the rack, and it is now utterly useless. Not very durable, and definitely not heavy duty as the title states. ... show more

    • Solid product at a great price
Color: Black
I replaced an old and less-expensive coat rack with fewer hooks. I wish I bought this new product a long time ago. It's got a beautiful solid marble base with sturdy metal posts and sturdy metal hooks. I wasn't pleased with the decorative ring that covers the seam between the lower beam connecting to the marble base so I opted not to install it. It looks better without it. It had a less-than elegant plastic/chrome look that wasn't on par with the rest of the quality parts/materials. It was easy to assemble and looks great. I highly recommend this product. I did have one issue (some damage from the warehouse) but the manufacturer replaced it right away via Amazon. Very nice when a vendor/manufacturer stands by their product. ... show more
