My big toenail was pretty bad and after looking through tons of different products I chose this because it was cheaper and I have seen commercials for it before. It actually works. I noticed a difference within days. If you use it 2 times a day and let it dry really good before putting on a sock, it will work. One tube lasted a long time. I personally put some all around my nails and under the top of my nails and put some on top of my actual nail itself. If I ever need some again I will buy this.

First of all, this is NOT a cure for toenail fungus. It works well in curbing the fungus, but dont expect a full on cure for your problem. Requires DAILY applications for as long as you are alive but, results are visible after a week of daily applications. It could be less expensive in the long run to get your MD to prescribe prescription meds to actually cure you, but that too is a long long process requiring diligent attention and daily doses orally.

I have been using this as directed and have been soaking my feet in epson salt water as well for 4 months now. I have to say that have seen no difference at all which is disappointing since other reviews claims it worked for them

Ordered this Aug 7 2024, today is Nov 11. I used it daily from when received up until 2-4 weeks ago, then occasionally since. Had an overgrown, brown toenail, at least 1/4" thick. The discoloration lessened within a week or two so clearly the product was working. This morning the nail fell off. Not sure if that's good or bad but seems like a good thing to me. Happy customer.

After three weeks of using this product, I'm noticing that the root of my nail is finally recovering. It's important to cut off the fungal parts of the nail, or file them down; doing so will make the treatment more effective. Follow the instructions, you only need to to use it once a day after the first week so the treatment doesn't run out so fast. Taking multivitamins and omega-3 supplements also helps with skin and nail health.

I have been struggling with a toe nail fungus for years. I thought I would give this a try and after 3 applications my nail looks much better. The thick layer have peeled away. I would recommend using if you have the same problem.

This product was effective in killing the fungus in my toe. However, the nail takes forever to look healthy again and I don't think it is totally back to normal 1 year later. For an OTC product - I think this works about as well as expected. But, if you want something more effective, I'd look at a prescription strength program under advisement of your PCP. I have used Lamisil (terbinafine) in the past and it worked great but had side effects.
