I'd give it 10 stars if I could. At $200, it wasn't an easy decision buying one. I have an event I'm gonna have to wear it to for 5-7 hours, but at 4.8 stars with over 1k buys, I gave it a shot. The fit is really snug, but not too tight. There's air marks in the front for breathing and not getting foggy. I turned all my lights off, minus the TV, and the vision was hardly affected at all. Back strap is easy to pull back to put it on. I even wore it for an hour just around the house to see if it would be a problem, but none. I definitely could have even fallen asleep in it with how comfortable it is. This is definitely a top tier paintball mask that I'm excited to own, and will definitely refer it to friends. ... show more

Very happy with my purchase! Ordered this after having a bad fogging up experience on a humid day at my local field, with the rental masks. The foam feels very comfortable on my face and the twist to tighten strap on the back of the head is genius. Never had an issue with fogging up when I used it this past weekend and it had rained an hour before and then warmed up to about 70 degrees. I made the mistake of not reading the instructions when I pulled the mask out of the box that morning, and didn't realize until I got to the field, that there is a protective layer on the inside of the lens that needs to be removed before playing. Luckily this mask was very easy to take off the lense, no tools required as advertised, and I was able to remove the protective film quickly without holding anyone up. Lens is very easy to see through(once you remove that protective film), even when I was looking in the direction of the sun, and I could hear very well through the mask. I did have a few teammates say I sounded muffled when I was talking, but I am normally a lower volumed speaker anyway, so that might have been my fault. ... show more

LOVE IT! I previously had purchased JT Flex 8 Full Coverage Goggle, Olive which had full head coverage where the DYE i5 does not...that was my only apprehension...doesn't cover forehead all the way and the back, top and sides of your head...BUT, the visibility, ventilation, and comfortability of the DYE i5 is the best there is. It doesn't fog up at all. I tried a DYE i4 and decided on the DYE i5 because it offered more coverage than the DYE i4. Everybody wanted to use my mask so I let a few try it and they said, "this is the absolute best, I am going to get one now." The lens is an easy change out, slide the top and bottom levers located inside the mask and the lens slides right off the front, put another lens in and snap it and slide the levers back into position and you are ready to go. This mask comes with a mirror lens which I prefer a clear lens especially if I play at night, so I immediately switched out the lens when I got it. To make up for the lack of head coverage I bought a tactical helmet that fits perfectly with my DYE i5 OneTigris MICH 2002 Action Version Tactical Helmet ABS Helmet for Airsoft Paintball (Black) (see attached pictures). The tactical helmet fits without needing any adjustments and has adequate ventilation compared to wearing a padded baseball cap backwards. DYE i5 fits great on women and men. This mask clearly enhances your game. It is costly, trust me I know...but it's worth it...I can't argue that. ... show more

A lot more comfy than expected and the rachet system to tighten the goggles made it easy to adjust. It took some time for me to get used to putting it on with glasses, but once I found a consistent method, it was fairly easy to do so. If you have a large face, I would recommend possibly looking for something else, as it is only slightly bigger than the dye i4. Otherwise, I really love the amount of vision and breathability it provides and have used it for 5 games so far. If using for airsoft and you're using sights, I would recommend getting some kind of riser so that it is more comfortable to aim with. ... show more

I will have to update when I've field tested them, but DANG they look great. When you first get them, the lens film is on the INSIDE. Don't scratch your outer lens. UPDATE: They didn't not fog up AT ALL, even when I was bushwhacking up a steep hill to flank the other team. The flanking failed, but at least I saw my failure CLEARLY. No fog! Hahaha. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. ... show more

Companies are getting out of hand by charging so much for plastic materials. It’s good. The mask fits well and the goggles are nice and clear an all, but 200??? smh If you can find goggles that are less the price and just as good, go with the less expensive. But like I said before, it’s good, but it just doesn’t match it’s price tag. I’m rating the product well. But dropping it a bit because of the price. ... show more

This product was over the top. Worth every penny. So comfy and moveable. I like that you have so much space to see everything and you can still be protected. 10/10 on visibility. Also I have a very small head and this fit me but may not fit bigger heads. Last I wear glasses which are kind of big and it can fit but you have to put them on first, loosen out the mask (turn the red thing on the back - no straps) and put it over your goggles. Then hold it in place on your front side of face and tighten. When you get it in the mail there will be a blueish sticker on it the will be scratched a bit. But do not worry that is only the cover and just peel of it by starting from the corners. Then you have a perfect unscratched lens with a over the top eye pro. ... show more
