This works perfectly for towing an inflatable from our pontoon boat. I have it connected to eyes on the end of each pontoon and it stays out of the water and clear of the prop. The float keeps it above water and it’s easy to manipulate with a boat hook if I need to move it around at all. Highly recommended for boats without a ski bar.

we used first time and the quick connector broke. we had to make due re-tying to the other rope for the time being, but I will be returning this cheap product to try stainless connector. however, that's not promising either, as that other brand's unit has a sewn connection, not a tie connection to the hooks... We shall see how that goes, but for me, these products are unsafe and should conform to some type of standards for safety.
