it is adhesive that you take off to put on it, but make sure it is aligned perfectly, which was hard to do on my end.

Coming in, I felt this was going to be a quick and easy mod for my charger. When attempting to put it on, I noticed that there was barely any adhesive, first red flag. Once it was installed, the cut outs for run, acc, and off were not cut correctly so the light would only show for one or the other.
