Huge improvement over using a conventional mouse left-handed. Keeps my wrist in a comfortable, neutral position. Only downside is the USB fob does not work with my Kensington wireless keyboard (which came with the right-handed ergo mouse--no choice, which was dumb), so I am occupying two USB ports for two fobs.

Comfort, functional, neat looking
Works great and feels great in my left hand. My hand is small so I can grip it comfortably. The clickers and overall functionality works well

Good ergo mouse for 'smaller' hands
It's a good comfortable size for me (woman with sm/med sized hands). It's not as big of a surface as say the Microsoft sculpt ergo mouse & allows my hand to stay in a more relaxed position. This model may be too small for larger hand sizes.

Mouse scroll wheel dies after a few months and warranty is hard to get
The mouse design is pretty good and feels smooth. However, the scroll wheel is flimsy and dies right after 3 months. It moves the page randomly now. Be aware that this is not the Kingston brand but a different brand, and warranty is through their website only. It's really hard to find a place to file for warranty (with only ask a question??) And calling them is without success. I wouldn't recommend buying because it's like gambling.

My right arm takes some rest thanks to this.
I am using both this left-handed Kensington mouse and a right-handed one together. This setup really makes sense not only healing my right hand but during the cases I have to use my right hand for something like holding a cup or having some cookies. Kensington mouse is stable and just a good one!

Comfortable, but doesn't work properly
Compared to the Apple wireless bluetooth mouse, I found this mouse considerably more comfortable. It puts my hand in a slightly rotated position, instead of flat, which feels more relaxed. The buttons and scroll wheel are placed where your fingers naturally fall. Sadly, after a week I downgraded this review from 4 to 1 star. About 50% of the time the mouse doesn't capture the pointer properly. I had to lift it up, put it down, click the buttons, even then pointer motion was jerky and difficult to control. I tried adjusting the software and control panels. I moved the dongle from one USB slot to another, even tried a powered USB slot. No difference. Disappointing. I don't recommend it.
