I liked everything except the handle. I tried to buckle a medium and small together so I could roll them with one hand. The handles looked like it would break off under the strain, so I had to detach them. Unfortunately, my 20-year old suitcase from another brand is no longer available. Just used this semi-hardcase suitcase for a cruise. Went through American Airlines carry-on with no luggage size issues. I especially like the way it opens ALL the way and lays flat and has a zipper flap on the left side and nylon clamp releases on the right side that keeps all you stuff from falling out when you fully open the suitcase. It also has a zipper that allows you to increase the width of the suitcase by about 2" (but if you expand it 2" there is a possibility that it will NOT fit the airlines width restrictions for carry on). I bought this during prime days for a long weekend trip. Pros - I had plenty of room for 4 days worth of clothes and stuff. The suitcase is lightweight and easy to maneuver through the airport. It fits perfectly in the overhead bin. Cons- The extendable handle feels flimsy. By the end of the trip it felt like it might break. I'm worried about how long I'll be able to use this suitcase because of it. I'll probably keep it because I got a good price during prime days. We bought the 24inch suitcase for an upcoming international trip. We tried them out on a shorter trip to Hawaii last week. They are very lightweight, and easy to maneuver, the wheels seem to work great. When packed, my bag weighed 37 pounds, and I didn't have any trouble with the handle on top or on the side. It actually fit more items than I thought it would for its size. I'm optimistic about our next trip, will update if there are any problems, but so far it seems to be a good value! UPDATE: After 14 months, the handle broke on my suitcase, the screw that holds the top piece to the retractable bars fell out. The suitcase otherwise looks great, the black plastic on the underside near the wheels came loose earlier, but no other issues and the outside is not scuffed (Thanks Delta!). I emailed customer service due to the 10 year warranty and will update any resolution. ... show more

Quality and Durability: I purchased this luggage for my wife last Christmas, expecting the durability and quality that Kenneth Cole is known for. However, within just two trips, the handle on the luggage broke off. This was not due to rough handling or overuse but appears to be a clear manufacturing defect. For a product that costs around $150 and is backed by a 10-year warranty, this is unacceptable. Customer Service and Warranty Claim: When I reached out to Kenneth Cole to address this issue under the warranty, I was met with a response that was both shocking and disappointing. Instead of taking responsibility for their product, they directed me to the manufacturer, Heritage. This passing of the buck is not only frustrating but also undermines the very essence of customer trust and brand loyalty.
