I ordered this case to replace another Kenneth Cole from a two-piece set that baggage handling finally damaged. The two bags have very similar appearance, but this one turned out to be a definite step down. I'm not sure if it's simply the same product line getting cheaper or if this really is just a more... economical version. The biggest difference is that this one's shell feels downright flimsy. It flexes easily when empty, where its predecessor did not. The wheels and handles don't feel as sturdy, and the lining & pockets are also cheaper. Very durable. I especially like the damage resistant enclosed wheels and reinforced corners. Only negative is that it doesn't have a bottom handle to assist in lifting it into the trunk or up on a bed.

The luggage really looks better in person. I bought the 2 pc set but may order the third piece when I return from vacation. The larger piece has a lot of room for all my clothing.
