So far we are elated. This is a well built and good cleaning washer. It is literally half the weight of the original HE top loaders. Easy to move and install. We had a similar Kenmore HE top loader which was 15 years old. The main bearing on the tub was going bad. This is a large capacity powerful washer, quiet, with lots of features and plenty big enough to do any family loads.it is an upgrade to a high grade older style washer. It will fill the whole tub if need ped for a big load. It will easily clean bed spreads. I work at a coal facility. My clothes are CLEAN! It has the triple low profile agitator which works great. We bought it on an Amazon Day and saved $250 in addition to a real good sale price. Very, very satisfied! Best washer we have owned yet. So far so good!

Great washer, excellent quality. Gets clothes very clean. The agitator design is excellent and has a unique jets to improve agitation. It also moves totally independently of the spin basket, which most do not. Capacity is great. Spin basket is smooth quality stainless. Spin cycle gets cloths almost completely dry so dryer time is short. Stays balanced even on larger bulky loads. Simple to setup and get going. Another quality Kenmore product. My only negative is with Amazon delivery. They were ill equipped to handle appliances properly. It all happened and we're on-time.

Well built washing machine. It's fairly quiet, and does a great job of cleaning our clothes. It holds very large loads, as well as bulky items like our puffy dog beds. One thing I found unusual is that you have to push a special "button" to use fabric softener; you can't just put it in the machine with the detergent and press start. No big deal, but I do forget now and then, so when I open the machine the softener is still sitting there.

Really pleased with this fair priced machine . After just a few uses I found this washer to be easy to use I have yet had the need for all of the settings but give me couple more weeks of use and I’m sure I will have more knowledge of what it has to offer . I am pleased with how quite this washer is and it so far has passed the heavy bulky bedding test, last night when I washed 2 bed pillows that when wet become really heavy this machine handled the heavy load with ease. The pillows came out perfect and all the excess water was spun from the pillow The only negative thing that I noticed is that when the washing cycle has finished there is a good amount of water left standing in the detergent/fabric softener compartment . Haven’t found anything in the owners manual on how to make this water drain, but it’s not that much of an issue and I’m sure I will figure out how to remedy this sooner rather than later. All that being said I’m very happy with the overall functionality and look forward to purchasing the matching dryer in a few months.

This is the first time I bought a major appliance from Amazon. I am delighted. I paid for installation. It took 10 minutes. I kid you not! No trudging from store to store, easy price comparison and feature review. The last time I bought a washer was the middle of Covid that was a nightmare. That we dragged home from Home Depot and I installed it myself. I ordered this on line, ordered that means I got to pick! Woohoo! They did it right and so far it is fantastic, cleans well, easy to use, bigger then I am use to. Does not leak yet and if it starts it is in the garage so no big deal. It has different spin cycles so a choice. They delivered it in 24 hours. I could get so spoiled! Overall a very happy experience. Thank you.

If I could give zero start to this piece of crap I would!!! This wasted over 2 hours of water, electricity and my time!! To come up with E4! The washer doesn't clean your clothes it only waste your water and electric. It leaves the top clothes untouched! I had to hand wash everything because when I thought it was almost done to start spinning it stops and wants to restart all over again!! This doesn't have an agitator!! "Triple agitator" I don't know where?!!! It has been one of the most stupidest buys of my life!! And I buy a lot of crap!! Don't waste your hard earned money on this product!! the worst!!!

They installed it carefully (and correctly), tested it, and left only when they were sure it was working properly. Very nice, respectful, and professional men. This washer speaks for itself. It's a Kenmore so I expected nothing but the best. And that's what I got. Read the manual if you're not used to computerized panels. Yes, it's very up-to-date. Of course, I'm 84 so it was a bit of a challenge. But pretty easy once I studied the panel, and glanced at the manual.

The Kenmore Top Load Washer has truly made laundry so much easier for us!! Our favorite part is that we can fit larger loads, which cuts down the number of washes we need to do (huge win in our home). We used to be stuck doing multiple loads throughout the week, but this washer has completely changed that for us! It has a variety of settings to choose from, so I can easily adjust each wash depending on the load. It was also really simple to use and set up. It’s been such a great addition to our home. My family is really happy with it, and I would definitely recommend it!
