So far we are elated. This is a well built and good cleaning washer. It is literally half the weight of the original HE top loaders. Easy to move and install. We had a similar Kenmore HE top loader which was 15 years old. The main bearing on the tub was going bad. This is a large capacity powerful washer, quiet, with lots of features and plenty big enough to do any family loads.it is an upgrade to a high grade older style washer. It will fill the whole tub if need ped for a big load. It will easily clean bed spreads. I work at a coal facility. My clothes are CLEAN! It has the triple low profile agitator which works great. We bought it on an Amazon Day and saved $250 in addition to a real good sale price. Very, very satisfied! Best washer we have owned yet. So far so good! ... show more

Great washer, excellent quality. Gets clothes very clean. The agitator design is excellent and has a unique jets to improve agitation. It also moves totally independently of the spin basket, which most do not. Capacity is great. Spin basket is smooth quality stainless. Spin cycle gets cloths almost completely dry so dryer time is short. Stays balanced even on larger bulky loads. Simple to setup and get going. Another quality Kenmore product. My only negative is with Amazon delivery. They were ill equipped to handle appliances properly. It all happened and we're on-time. ... show more

Who knew you could buy a Kenmore washer, installed from Amazon?!? We got bad news from the Sears repairman on Wed and he suggested replacing the washer cheaper than repairing it. A few clicks later and Thurs afternoon we were washing clothes in the new washer, expertly installed including haul-away! A great choice and a great price! ... show more

This washer is more trouble. Continually the load becomes off balance. The machine is balanced when it’s empty. No matter how much we lay the clothes in to make them even, it still messes up. It doesn’t matter how big or how small the load is, it’s an aggravation to do laundry. We are sorting clothes so they are similar in weight. Still, it’s unbalanced. We have always trusted Kenmore. This is the best washer I have ever owned. It does not have the traditional agitator, but gets clothes very clean and efficiently. The glass lid lets me inspect the wash without opening the unit.

This is the first time I bought a major appliance from Amazon. I am delighted. I paid for installation. It took 10 minutes. I kid you not! No trudging from store to store, easy price comparison and feature review. The last time I bought a washer was the middle of Covid that was a nightmare. That we dragged home from Home Depot and I installed it myself. I ordered this on line, ordered that means I got to pick! Woohoo! They did it right and so far it is fantastic, cleans well, easy to use, bigger then I am use to. Does not leak yet and if it starts it is in the garage so no big deal.
