The product description and complaining reviews don’t provide anything helpful or accurate about this necklace, so here goes: 1. It is NOT short. The necklace is a standard 18” end-to-end. I have it pictured at its longest with another 18” necklace above adjusted to its shortest. 2. It IS adjustable. The loop for the clasp to grab is, admittedly, a new one for me: the entire piece moves to adjust the length on the necklace chain, and there’s a charm at the end of the chain to keep the loop from sliding off. The loop is hugging the chain with what feels like a rubber piece inside to prevent it from sliding around freely, but it can move to adjust. It comes in the package adjusted to a short length, likely the source of confusion. Other than all that, it is freaking adorable and everything I wanted. You won’t be disappointed. If I had to change one thing, I’d recklessly buy one immediately if it came in the same gunmetal as the other necklace I’m wearing (also a Kendra Scott). ... show more
