My sports medicine doctor recommended a compression sleeve to help with bicep tendonitis during workouts. It's reasonably comfortable (considering it's supposed to compress) and easy care. I just throw it in the wash and line dry. Good value.

Arrived timely, fit as expected based on size guidelines provided. A tad large in the wrist area, but my forearm is small in relation to my upper arm. Compression level is VERY comfortable. Silicon holds sleeve in place well and is also VERY comfortable. I plan to buy more, great value.

These work great. They stayed up even while sleeping in them. I found them on the small side and had to size up. The strip on the top gave me a small rash so I just put a kleenex between it and my skin.
