Been using electric razors for more than 30 years. Hands down this provides the closest, most consistent shave of all. I'm a cheapskate, so that made the price of this shaver an amazing value. Only issue I had was the type c charger stopped working. I had to pull off the plastic housing around the charging port (I used channel locks, just grip, twist and pull) to get better access, but it was no big deal. Definitely recommend. ... show more

I've been shaving for 55 years. Used just about every brand you could think of. I have a preference for rotary but there are some areas it just won't cover. So I've tried a few high end foils as a finishing shavers, including a very well known US made model fo Finishing Shaver. This shavers is very close to that model; simple, easy to use, and close as a blade. Bottom line, for me, the high priced German models don't cut it. The foil is too thick. Same with the leading rotary model from the Netherlands. The foil and cutters on this are just what I want. The case of the shaver is ridiculously glossy and will drive you crazy. But if you keep the blade oiled and the motor doesn't quit, it is well worth it. You can buy one a year, and still get a better shave than the expensive brand names, plus, you'll pay less than the cost of their replacement blades. I use it after I shave with my rotary ( old habits die hard ) as a finishing shaver. It works perfectly. ... show more

My razor died after 11 months of use. However, when I was able to use it, it gave me a super close shave, and I could even use it to buzz cut my hair. Also, the battery life when I could use it was excellent. The sideburn razor on the back isn't that great to be honest.

This trimmer is a great little trimmer for the price. It’s easy to clean, the battery life is excellent (I only have to charge it once every month), and it’s easy to use. It gets a decently close shave. It’s not perfect and it’s not going to be as good as a high quality trimmer, but for quick and easy every day trimming, it does the job. Mine lasted about 18 months of nearly every day use before the blades started getting a little dull and tugging on my hair a little bit. For the price, I say that’s okay with me. I wish it came with an extra set of blades though, I could easily get another year and a half out of it since the battery and motor seem to be operating as good as the day I bought it. ... show more

POSITIVES: I am a paraplegic, so I can't always shave as everyone else. I like the idea of being able to shave at any time. The battery life, in my opinion, is excellent. My standard is to have a smooth face at the end of the shave. That is tricky for someone with a tough beard and sensitive skin. I use the shaver for at least 10 minutes per shave. It's probably longer. I have shaved at least six times. I'll let you do the math. I end up with a pretty good shave without Nick's. NEGATIVE: For the purpose of why I bought the shaver, it works well. But when I get back on my feet, I will cease using it. Why? Because it doesn't give me the shave that meets my standards. Even with my trusty wet razor blades, I take a little longer than most, but I am able to achieve a closer shave than with this product. RATING DECISION: For most people, this will suffice as a good shaver. I wavered between going 3 or 4 stars, but figured it is not a bad shaver overall therefore my 4 star rating I believe is my honest assessment, and I'm sticking with it. 😏 ... show more

first time using this product. After a smooth disposable razor shave I use it to get that baby face feeling. I'm satisfied..UPDATE INTO 2 MONTHS 1 WEEK, I CLEANED HEAD UNDER RUNNING WATER IT WOULD ONLY RUN 5 SEC. AFTER CHARGING. I TRASHED IT.
