Why don’t I write reviews on the Amazon app? Because I spend 30 minutes being brutally honest and extremely detailed and then lock my phone to put my kids to bed and my whole review disappears. Here’s the abridged version. It’s warm. Remember… 20° means it’ll keep you alive at that temp. You won’t be toasty warm in your undies at 20°. Layer up! The zipper set up is great. Mummy hood kept my beanie on for me, and therefore my head warm at sub-30° temps and 30+ mph winds. My only con is the size. Can’t fit in my traditional top loader to wash, so I’ll have to take it to a laundromat when it’s time to wash. To make sure all of our gear fits, we use an Alps 45L compression sack. (Save your loft, and don’t store it compressed!) This is great for car camping and the like. But don’t hope to do any sort of backcountry stuff carrying this thing around. If you’re cool with that, buy it. You won’t be disappointed. ... show more

I love this sleeping bag! I’m the sleeping bag queen and have something for every occasion and thought I wanted a heavier flannel-type bag for my RV. I couldn’t find one so I bought this on the positive reviews and am so glad I did. It’s one of those bags you just want to fold yourself into. I initially thought the attached extra layer (inside the bag, can be brushed aside) was weird but it’s been a life saver with nights that start off warm and get colder. Very comfortable! Love the detail along the zippers that prevents material from being caught in the zipper. Other reviews are right that this is still BIG when packed down so it does take up more space than a typical double. Only thing I was disappointed about is that the second built-in blanket—the one under the top layer, is separated down the middle (which I could see in the pics) but there is no zipper or other closure on it so it can easily slide off when sleeping and you have to keep repositioning. But overall a massive upgrade. We camp in weather that gets down to 20s and 30s and last trip (low 30s) I was finally warm in bed! ... show more

I like that it's light weight. My friend has a double sleeping bag that weighs over 20 lbs. I like the feet space and the nook for the pillow. I don't like the separated middle blanket. Incredibly annoying and mostly just gets kicked to the side. I think I'm going to sew buttons and loops so I can piece it together. This is a very lightweight weather sleeping bag if you plan to do anything in 40 degrees or less you will need to bring another blanket for inside. I like that you can wipe off the fabric but I don't like that it's not cuddly inside, but you can't have it all, always. ... show more

We used this in the bed of a truck with a camper shell. Fits perfect in a 6.5ft bed. It got down to about 5°F outside but with two people's body heat, the bag was great. Many reviews say the internal "blankets" not being connected is a negative, but i think they are great being seperate. The bag is huge! Absolutely love this sleeping bag, plenty of room for two! I have been using this sleepy bag for car camping this winter when I stay up on the mountain. The nights are cold, frequently in the single digits and I wake up to a nice layer of ice on the inside of all my windows, but this sleeping bag keeps me cozy and happy.
