The gun didn't set the nails very well at all. If you have it plugged directly into the wall and hold a lot of pressure on the back of the gun, it should drive it completely or almost completely. I think the reason it requires backup is because the plunger moves much slower compared to a pnuematic brad gun.

I've used this gun off and on since purchased in May of 2022. Worked well up till now. A nail got jammed and it works no more! I easily removed the jammed nail, but it just will not fire any more. Current project is not done either making this situation very annoying. Yes, I am perturbed, but it seems like a tool like this should last longer than off & on use for 12 months and NOT quit due to one jammed nail. Disappointed.

Got this for some simple thin pine framing of pictures in my basement. I didn't want to use my compressor and didn't want to have to charge batteries. This is perfect for what I am working with. Gave it a quick try, works well. First 3 didn't go all the way in but the 4th did. Maybe it just needed a try out. Cord is short so you better have an outlet right there. If you use an extension cord you will lose nailing strength. Will update to 5 stars if it still works great at the end of the summer

I got this nail gun for putting up some knotty cedar planking in my dining room (180 sf). It arrived a day or two early, which was great, but when I looked at it, and tried to put it together with the nails in place, it didn't work. The manual doesn't explain things at all, and is confusing. I finally got the thing together, and it wouldn't fire nails. I took it apart, and with a little common sense put it back together and it worked like a charm. This company really should consider rewriting it's owner's manual/instructions for use. I can understand some of the reviews that it "doesn't work". I guess you just have to finnaggle it for a half hour or so and figure it out yourself. Now, it works like a dream!!

The media could not be loaded. I currently own this brad nailer and a Ryobi one. The reason I don’t like by Ryobi one is even at half battery power I can see that the nailer is having issues driving nails for tools like this they could really mess up the finish of a project if not using the correct amount of power I always suggest plug in option. As you can see in the video this has zero issues punching three-quarter inch nails through a 2 x 4. The power just went on the bottom really allows you to own in on the exact amount of power you need. If I had to make one complaint I will shut the power cord was longer however at 7 feet for Brad nailer you more than likely be calling us into an extension cord anyways. The nailer it’s very comfortable to use and the handhold is wide enough to use with gloves on. For the weekend Warrior I highly suggest this. I hope this review in photos are helpful.

I was excited to receive this product on time due to I am in the middle of doing my floors and will need the nail gun to do the baseboards. However, I was very disappointed the moment I opened the box. The device did not look new at all, in fact, it was covered in an orange dust/dirt material. When I saw that I immediately knew this was NOT a new device. Then when I went to load the device I was met with RUST all over the chamber and safety release. I didn't immediately think, what a piece of junk until I went to use it. I plugged the device in and proceeded to do some test shots into a piece of wood and NOTHING! Absolutely nothing, the device didn't make a sound and did not pretend like it was going to work, but didn't do a thing. I played around with the settings thinking, that maybe I just need to adjust a knob or two...NOPE! Still NOTHING. Worse purchase ever, I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THIS PRODUCT OR WASTING TIME THINKING ABOUT BUYING IT. Luckily I purchased it here on Amazon so I was able to return it and overnight a new nail gun from a different company. Photos attached to show the state I received the "nail gun" or paperweight for that matter!

I got this to put on light wait fencing. From the first few nails I could tell it would hold up. Ended up using screws. It’s easy to use. Light weight. Probably good for light weight projects. I would have returned it but my return date had expired.
