I got this to cover an old brown lift chair I had. We just painted out living room in blue and the brown just didn’t go with the new color. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the fabric stretched to cover the entire chair. This fabric cover feels comfortable to sit in or stretch out in when reclining. The middle section of the cover is difficult to get into a proper position, so it looks neat. There are two elastic bands that are supposed to be used to hook onto something inside the chair to pull that section of the cover inward. After a lot of work I sort of got it right, but it still does not look as quite as good as the advertising photos. It looks close to the advertisement but not exactly. Overall, I am pleased. It looks fairly good, stretches over the chair well and moves with the chair to full extension. It feels comfortable to sit on and changes the color of my chair from the prior brown to a good-looking navel blue.

Very, very nice cover. We use it over a new recliner to protect it from my sloppy eating. The cover is snug, not loose and dumpy, after installation. BE SURE TO VIEW THE CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED INSTALLATION VIDEOS. The installation instructions simply show pictures of a dark brown cover being installed on a dark brown chair - it's very difficult to see what those pics are trying to convey. Also, no mention of the two little spandex loop straps at the inside rear seat corners of the cover. Apparently, one needs to cram them down into the bowels of the chair, turn the chair upside down, find said crammed-in spandex loops, then pull them through and hook them over any suitable chair hardware screws up in the nether regions of the chair. That's going to be a lot of fun the next time the cover needs to be removed for cleaning or in the "emergency" of company coming over. That being said, it is a very nice cover. We had to "uninstall" the cover after the first time in order to launder-out the weird, acrid odor. That "new fabric" odor was successfully eliminated in one short-cycle laundering, and it dried in, like, 15 minutes.

I have a smaller Lazy Boy recliner with electric controls. This slipcover fit just a little big but tucked in very nicely. There was no slit for the electronic controls so I cut a 5 inch slit on the side. Fabric is sturdy and soft. The slit did not tear open or shred. I am happy with my purchase.

Our chair started to rip, and I was hoping for a quick fix until I could get a new one. I honestly could not believe how well this worked out. It was fairly simple to put on, and it fit extremely well. It's been on our chair for about a month with two small children, and it is still going strong. It's soft and comfortable. I love that it can be taken off and washed if one of my kids spills something. I honestly wish I had bought this cover when we bought the chair in the first place. 100% worth it!
