These seem like really great quality hiking boots. I have very wide feet with a bunion - I usually need a size 7.5 double wide shoe. I ordered these in a 7.5 wide. The length is OK, and the toebox seems just wide enough to be OK. But the area near the middle of the foot, near the side of the arch, seems too snug I don't usually have a problem with shoes being too narrow in that area. I have only walked around the house in these shoes. I noticed that the ankle area is pretty stiff, so I am not sure how they would be when actually hiking. I am concerned that they might rub a blister. So sadly, these are being returned. I am going to try a men's size since they tend to run wider - but not great colors for women! ... show more

This boot is sturdy and slightly clunky looking but didn’t need to break in. Have been using for winter trail hiking. Working great so far. I like that the toe box is wide because my feet swell.

I've had been looking for this brand of boot for a while found them here for a great price unfortunately they do run big so I had to return my first pair but exchange them for smaller pair and the seller was more than helpful even sent me the new pair before I return the original ones I wore them out camping the first time with no issues did not even have to break them in ... show more

I usually wear an 8 or 8.5 and size 8 was huge. The tongue of the boot bent into my foot and hurt with every step. Nice big toe box.

Probably a great boot if you wear normal shoes…not so much if you’re looking for old style keens. Original Kaci vs this boot, 8 vs 8.5. My foot really needs both the SMIDGE of extra width at the ball of the foot, but I really need the old oblique toe, too. ☹️☹️🤬🤬☹️
