These are exactly what I was hoping for. I wanted a BMW SUV in shoes- not hiking boots, but something sporty that I can wear on slushy, crappy days. They deliver. And, they're even more comfortable than I expected, and being Keen, I expected a lot. I've been wearing them all day-every day and I absolutely love them. And they look good too. If I had to quibble, the only thing I can really find to criticize is that the Keen logo (name) is a bit obtrusive. I know it's in the pictures, but I thought it would fall more above the pant leg and it doesn't. Nobody will wonder what brand they are! Also don't know about waterproof or water resistant, but will find out soon. They seem pretty "fabric-y" to repel much water, but who knows. But otherwise, absolutely awesome. ... show more

I can be a hard fit for shoes/boots. Tried Merrills, but 14 was too big, 13 too small. Got these Keens since I have a pair of the sandals that I love. These fit great right out of the box and just get more comfortable. They feel like I'm wearing gym shoes. I also have issues with plantar fasciitis, and these feel great with the current insoles, no need for orthotic inserts. ... show more

Size: 10 Color: Black/Evening Primrose
I'm normally a men's size 10 shoe/boot. I had to return the size 10s and get a 10.5. I also removed the original insoles and substituted size Medium KEEN cushioned insoles for a softer feel and perfect fit in the 10.5s. These KEEN boots are lightweight, but they aren't flimsy. The upper material is synthetic, so the "feel" is different from a natural leather boot you would get from a brand like ECCO (I have worn both brands). This KEEN boot is represented as waterproof, and isn't particularly well -vented, so in my opinion it's more comfortable for the non-summer seasons. Finally, I really like the appearance... the blue, black and yellow colors stand out and the round synthetic laces are not just plain black. Other color combinations are available if you prefer a more subdued look. These KEEN boots are lightweight, sturdy and waterproof, but perhaps most enjoyable outside of the hottest months of summer and the colors really stand out for a unique appearance. ... show more

I live a few feet from the Atlantic and walk the beach every morning with the dog, about 3 miles. During the winter months there are wide fresh water swales from culverts that require waterproofing. Perfect height and very, very warm. I bought these in September 2022, so far they're dry as a bone. Nice wide toe box helps keep my feet comfortable without any trauma whatsoever. Fantastic arch support and can accommodate any orthotic which I use. I had previously wore some Merrell boots and while comfortable, the toe box became thin over a few months until finally, they tore. Goodbye waterproofing. Very disappointing especially considering the cost. Highly recommend these boots for what I described. ... show more
