The case is really very pretty, but the black beads are falling out one at a time when I handle the phone. At first I assumed it was a few loose pieces from manufacturing, but I continue to lose beads. I am touching the phone VERY gently, and I'm not touching it with water, lotion or anything else on my hands. I had a casemate case with baguette crystals arranged in an art deco pattern for my old phone, and it lasted 2 years. At that point, the glue started to soften and once a couple of crystals dropped off, they all shifted out of place and began falling off the phone. I'm afraid this one is in for the same fate, but I doubt it will last more than a couple of months. For the price, it's quite unacceptable. ... show more

I was disappointed with the quality of this phone case. For the price you would think it would be more durable. The face of the packaging box is open and makes it easy to scratch the surface. Mine had light scratches upon arrival. The design and coloring is nice.
