We liked the look of this mirror, it looks nice in the office and helps create some visual space. Two things kept it from earning a five-star rating. 1 - The gold finish is inconsistently applied. There are some spots of the frame that have a nice thick coat, others that are thin. From a distance, I suppose it offers an "aged" kind of appearance. But from a craftsmanship perspective it feels a little sloppy. 2- The mirror arrived with some small scratches on the reflective surfaces. It was packaged well enough, which means this happened in production. They could use some more quality control, or maybe attach an inexpensive plastic protector to keep it looking sharp. All told, not bad. But I expected a higher level of finishing quality for the price. ... show more

Love the clean understated lines of this mirror which can be hung vertically or horizontally with sturdy hardware already in place. Each piece of mirror in each section is bevelled and high-end. Its hung in my entry opposite a sofa table and reflects the art above it. I’m very happy with this well-packaged piece that was easy to hang. I’m a new fan of Kate & Laurel. These are perfect on either side of a large bedroom window. Beautiful addition to the room. The design is different and leans more traditional. I did not want farmhouse type mirrors that seem to be everywhere.

Just what I was looking for! No problem with the gold flaking, nice solid piece, but not too heavy. Easy install. Only wish it would come in multiple sizes, as would have definitely payed more for larger size (this is 36" wide, would have loved a 48"), but as couldn't find anything else in similar style I would like, and not cost around 1K, can't really complain :) ... show more

The mirror looks very pretty. But it does not serve as a great mirror. It distorts the viewer a bit and doesn't show a very clear reflection unless you're right up on it, as another customer pointed out as well. We are keeping it as it’s already installed. I would like to buy another one for a diff room. But not sure if this is one off problem or problem by design ... show more
