Aside from a rather dreadful description of the product on Amazon's website, and after reading some of the hater reviews, I took a chance and ordered anyway. The online pictures looked nice and came in the exact finish I needed (brushed nickel) for our newly remodeled bathroom. I expected an acceptable product that would serve its purpose...nothing more. But...I was pleasantly surprised at just how great it looks and study it feels. And it assembled in mere seconds...so easy. I strongly recommend this item! I can't understand how people could rate this anything less than five stars unless there was some sort of a product defect in what got delivered to them. Don't hesitate to order this item if you are considering.
