This was a great pick up! It comes with a nice looking case that can fit in a backpack with no issues. It folds and unfolds easily and it’s not too heavy. Part of me wishes it could’ve been a bit longer but I bought it for portability and durability and so I can pack light for some trips and this net has both. That handle feels nice in the hand and you don’t feel like it’ll snap when you actually have a catch but again, If you’re shorter or fishing from somewhere where there’s a few feet from you and the water, This may not be the best for you. This is a surf fishing must have though!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I went with the 32SILOR. I was looking for a net for bass fishing that would result in less frustration and fewer bouts of profanity laced rants when every single hook on a multi treble hook bait, inevitably, finds itself lodged in the net. This net fits that bill. It is extremely easy to get your bait out of the net because the barbs of your hook never penetrate the silicone material. The silicone is also safer for the fishes slime coating. The only draw back to the one that I purchased is the depth of the net. It could benefit from another 4-6" depth. Fish(bass) can flip out of the net fairly easily.

Quick delivery! I love how the net folds and stores in the storage case. It’s the perfect size. Flipping it to the open position to lock it in place is easy. Some of the other benefits from using this net is it floats, it has a clip and an elastic cord with a carabiner attached. The pvc coated netting is also a plus. I have had nylon nets which aren’t the best for the fish and get your hooks tangled. You won’t have that problem with this one. The frame is sturdy. I placed 10.5lbs in the net to see how much give/play there is and it held up well. I am not planning on using this to land monster fish with but it’s good to know what it could handle. One of the great things about the net is it doesn’t break the bank. I am looking forward to getting out and using this.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this net as one that would be useful for both shoreline and inshore boat fishing and have found that it hits home for me in both areas. It’s light and doesn’t take up too much space when folded making it easy to take along the shore or on my smaller sized boat where space is limited. I have found that when landing fish the net deploys easily with one handed operation making it easier to land fish. Another feature I like is that the net floats. The last thing I would want is the net ending up on the bottom of the lake or ocean. It also comes with a carabiner clip and is brightly colored to prevent me from accidentally losing it. Overall, I feel like this was a good addition to my fishing gear and good value for the price paid.

The net feels really solid and would definitely do the job. I can't give it more than a 3 for my application of fishing though... I wade in the river and fish and the bungie cord that is attached, is ATTACHED TO A MAGNET at the end of the Net. It CAN dislodge if there is enough force.
