Its easy to use, simply weight your catch, press the memory button, and the scale will automatically store the weight in the next available memory location. You can also review the total weight of all your fish by toggling through the weights to the total of your recorded weights.
- No-Puncture Lip Grip (select models only) Includes an easy-to-use a no-puncture lip grip for quick and easy weight measurements after landing your catch. This automatic locking lip grip is easy to use with one hand. Push up on the release lever to open the jaws and simply squeeze the top of the lip grip to lock the gripper onto your fish.

The first scale I received did not register any weight at all. I was pissed and sent it back for a refund, leaving a bad review. KastKing contacted me on their own and wanted to send me a new scale at no cost. The replacement scale works great. The screen is bright and easy to read with large buttons. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because the first one was DOA and the memory function stores the fish largest to smallest instead of each fish having their own number in memory.

I’ve owned several scales in the past from other various brands and styles and I find this one to be the best. It’s compact, lightweight, and easy to use. Has a big screen with backlighting which makes it easy to see at night or day. This model provides a hook or lip gripper clamp for you to use. I use the clamp which works exceptionally well. Fishes are secure while you get your measurements and you can release them quickly with the press of the lever. I also like that this model is waterproof, it floats, records weight fast and accurately. No more struggles.

I have been on the lookout for a better Fish Scale that is easy to grab out of the fishing bag, be able to turn it on quickly to weigh a big bass, then not have to fiddle with buttons over & over until I get up pounds (lb). Finally, I found one, the KastKing's new fish scale. Has a fantastic large screen, no more squinting to see what your big bass weighs, one button turn-on to bring up lbs, which is what I like to use, but if you like oz's or kg's, you can set for that also if that is your 1st preference. Another thing, I have never liked the hooks on most scales, however, if you like a hook, this scale has one but I prefer the fish grabber that you can have already open & ready to go, then just clamp it down on the bottom lip of the fish & he is going no-where. Works great! It does float if you happen to accidently drop it overboard. It is the best scale I have ever used. So, I am a happy camper. - Birmingham, AL

I bought this due to the big display screen. It is easy to read with the blue light. Easy to clip onto the fishes lip to quickly get a weight out on them. Only thing I don't like, we had rain recently and I leave this on my boat. It was in a dry area but moisture still got behind the screen and it makes it hard to read now. I suggest not leaving this on your boat or kayak where it could get condensation or rain on it. It's a simple device but good to use.
