  • Great little Lamp!
I purchased this to cure gel builder. I only used it a couple of times before deciding it wasn't for me and I ended up giving it to my co-worker who uses these things religiously! Not sure if it was a user error or from the intensity of the light, but it would burn while using it. I've had my nails done professionally and had them cured before, I don't remember burning. Pretty sure that was a me problem and not a lamp problem. All in all, good lamp. Worked well, arrived on time and in great condition. You have three timers to choose from, and the light goes off once the timer is up. If I were interested in trying again, I'd purchase again. ... show more

  • Great, inexpensive tool for at-home nail care
Truly lightweight, easy to move around and use in different areas of my house. Functions well so far, and the light timers seem pretty accurate. Uncomplicated to use, and directions are easy to follow.

  • Works like the pros
I had bought an all in one gel nail kit from Walmart years ago, and was happy. Then, it seemed my gel polish wasn't lasting more than a few days without peeling. After a lot of questions and observations, I learned there was a big difference in power between that lamp and a pro lamp. So I researched some more and got this one. Now my nails done at home last as long as salon nails. Also, I can fit all 5 fingers at a time. I use dehydrator, then primer, then base coat, then polish x2 or 3, then top coat. If it burns, you put on too thick a coat. This has a long 90sec setting with lower start power to overcome the burn, or you can use the 60sec setting and reinforce it with the extra 30sec. ... show more

  • Solid UV Lamp with a Few Quirks
If you’re reading reviews trying to figure out if it works for UV resin, yes—it does! This UV nail light gets the job done, and I’ve had a generally good experience with it for both manicures and craft projects. Pros: • Cures gel polish effectively • Motion sensor is super convenient, especially when doing your own nails • Works for UV resin projects too Cons: • You can’t use low heat mode and the motion sensor at the same time • I’ve had a few curing issues, but I’m pretty sure that was due to the polish, not the light itself Overall, it’s a solid choice—especially for at-home gel manicures and small resin work. Just know the motion sensor setup has a slight limitation. ... show more

  • LED UV
For someone who does gel nails occasionally or as a hobby, this LKE 40W LED/UV lamp is a pretty decent option. It's not perfect, but it offers useful features (timer, sensor, full-hand capacity) at an affordable price. If, on the other hand, you do manicures semi-professionally or on a daily basis, you might want something more robust or higher quality, with better warranties. ... show more

  • Salon results at home — totally worth it! ✨
The media could not be loaded. ve been using this UV/LED lamp for 3 weeks now and I’m impressed! It cures gel polish evenly and quickly — no sticky layer left behind. The timer settings (30s, 60s, 90s) make it super easy to control drying time. I love that it fits both hands comfortably, and it’s so light I can take it when traveling. Perfect for busy moms or beginners who want salon-quality nails from home! ... show more

  • Overall, finicky. Patience is key!
The media could not be loaded. I actually love and still use this product, despite giving it 3 stars. WHEN it works, it does the job and makes it quick and easy to have a fabulous manicure in a jiffy. It works in two ways, it has a motion sensor or you can tap on the time button to make the UV turn on for 30 60 or 99 seconds. The reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because it does not always work, sadly. It seems as if the power jack is faulty to a point. After a while, although the plug is still in place, the power supply will shut down. Then, you kind of have to make sure the plug doesn’t move or else it will turn off again. Overall, finicky and I’ll post another video to show what I mean… but the end results —if you have the patience — are fabulous! ... show more

  • Updated Review - Does Cure
Modifying my original review. My original review was 1-star. I bought this lamp to do my own manicures at home. This light does cure, however it will be tacky in between coats. My friend also has this lamp and told me to be patient. I used it a second time and it worked well. You put the ph bond down first without putting it in the lamp. Next, put on the foundation and you put it in the lamp for like two minutes (I do the 99s plus another 30). Then put on the color and put it in the lamp for another two minutes. Add a second coat of color and put back in the lamp for two minutes. Then a topcoat and put in the lamp for two minutes. Finish it with the Gelish nail surface cleanse to make it all stay. ... show more
