It was impossible to get your foot down into the boot. Even with a shoehorn I wear a size 8 my foot would not even begin to go down into the boot. I sent them back and ordered an 8 1/2 it was still the same problem. I was very disappointed I was in love with those boots I waited all winter till they went on sale. I love these. They are super comfy and cute. They go with everything. The reason for 4 stars is they are difficult to pull on. Fortunately I love boots and learned to use a blow dryer for a minute and they slip right on and fit perfect. I’m glad I got them.

Buying these is a waste of time, you will have to return them. Read every review, they all say these boots have a crazy narrow ankle with no zipper and no stretch for your foot to pass through. One person used a blow dryer to get them on, very smart but wild to have to do that. They have a little V shaped inlet at the top that suggests elastic, but that’s just more stiff material! They are factory rejects that were not fabricated correctly. ... show more
