Nice bag and seems like legit quality. Only reason for 4 stars is because my cat should have black whiskers but the bag I got has white whiskers. I'll still keep it but would have preferred getting what I ordered.

I bought this KL bag from amazon USA as a gift for my daughter. Unfortunately, in less than two months all four handles started breaking away/detaching from the bag (see attached pictures). She had to stop carrying it because the handles could completely be detached anytime soon. The return/refund window on Amazon had already expired by the time the bag was in bad shape. I just feel very frustrated to realize that I paid $80 for a designer bag that was usable for 2 months only!! I can't understand why it is made of cheap material that won't last more than few months!! As suggested by the customer service department at Amazon, I am wrote to the Karl Lagerfeld Paris customer service to let them know how disappointed I am in the quality of the bag I purchased. They replied to my email requesting more photos but eventually did not refund, nor replace, and surprisingly stopped replying to by emails. ... show more
