For the price I paid and for quality of the machine, I do have to say that it will accommodate most small and intimate parties. For public use, it may be a challenge. I love that I can pull songs from CD’s, MP3, YouTube, online resources. I can use my cell or my IPad as long as have internet or WIFI available. The two mics are a necessity for duets and separate mic and main volume control is fabulous. Sound quality is a great surprise and the flashing lights add a very festive ambiance. I would recommend that additional music be purchased to help because the CD’s included are not very good. ... show more

    • A LOT of money, for not a lot of usability
This is my first ever feeling like it was important enough to spend my time writing a review. I was extremely disappointed with this machine over all. It is fairly light to carry, however I felt it should have wheels and a handle. You can't mount the microphones if you have a tablet in the stand. The sound and features are not over $200s worth of awesome(maybe $100 to $150 for me). The screen is why my man wanted this one, however it only works with cds (the ones included are nursery rhymes and gospel btw) so if you use the Bluetooth, the screen is pointless. There's more, but these were the major deal breakers for me. I'm returning and searching for my money's worth. ... show more

Unit came with a battery that wouldn’t charge and had to be returned to Amazon and reordered from Target (Amazon had no more in stock). Prior to returning I sent an email to Karaoke USA. They contacted me on their first day back to work to provide assistance, and again via phone a few days later. Unfortunately I had already started the return process so their help was not needed. The replacement unit works superbly and was a big hit at my daughters wedding after party. Just remember to turn up the volume on your mobile device if using a karaoke app. ... show more

    • Screen went black after a year
We bought the machine on July 2019. A few months ago, I noticed a high pitch squeal that goes in and out when I turned it on. It doesn't interfere with the vocals too much though. Then about a week ago, the screen just didn't work. We don't use CDG discs but I do need the screen to help with choosing options i.e. bluetooth connection. I contacted the company and they said nothing can be done because it's out of it's 90 day warranty. It's great when it does work. Hi! We like the it. I just have one concern.. one of the microphones makes a lot of crackling noise. I will like to get a replacement. I don't want to return the whole unit because a faulty microphone. Any help???? Thanks

We intended to use this machine for recording and playback of our own songs. Unfortunately that is the only feature, we found, that isn't working properly. We have contacted the distributor customer service and they are working with the Mfg Co in China to resolve the problem.
