Worked for 4 hours After my third attempt!!! to resolve a serious issue with the karaoke machine I purchased from Amazon which arrived on February 4th. When it arrived, it was missing the ACC plug-in cord, so I reached out immediately about the missing adapter. I only received one response regarding the adapter, and since then, I’ve received no help or follow-up. We used our own AUX cord just to test it on day one, and the machine worked briefly. I turned it off, expecting to use it for my Galentine’s party on February 7th—the main reason I purchased it. On the day of my event, the machine never turned back on. We tried every troubleshooting method possible and nothing worked. Now, they have stopped responding entirely. 🚮🚮🚮🚮

I love Karaoke and I was looking for a system with easy set up and wireless microphones. It comes with rechargeable batteries. We sang for almost 3hrs and the microphone still had battery left. This Karaoke machine is worth the money. I love the big screen, very easy to connect. The volume of the music is loud. The volume for the microphones for indoors is great. I love that you can keep it all together by placing the microphones back in their little compartment within the machine. I connected it to my TV with a HDMI cable (Not included) so that everyone can see the lyrics. 2 things I disliked about it: 1) When you connect it to your phone via Bluetooth, you can only hear the music, no lyrics on the screen. 2) If someone is singing a song, you Can Not search for the next song in advance because the song pauses with every letter you type. You have to wait until the song is over, unless you keep it on auto play to sing randomly. Hope this helps you make a decision on your purchase.
