This golf cart is a total piece of junk. The moment it arrived it would not charge or operate properly. Kandi sent someone out and they ended up replacing all the batteries and the control system. It continues to have issues and no one will respond. The cart jumps and has major latency issues. You press the pedal and you may get instant power, you may get gradual acceleration, you may get a 3-5 second delay, etc. There is no consistency. The cart rattles horribly and is overall poorly made. I just tried to call Kandi’s warranty department again and it had me on hold for 5-6 mins and then says no one is available and it hangs up. We received our Kandi Kruiser 4P cart last night. It’s super cute but it was damaged (see pictures). Damages included missing screw to attach bumper to body (left back), crack in body visible above bumper (left back), back left part of foot platform ripped from bolts leaving 4-5” tear marks/cracks and platform bent out of shape, left reflector on platform cracked, right reflector on platform missing, and scrape marks (paint missing) on rear handrail uprights. So, within 45 minutes of receiving it, we submitted for a return via Amazon. Hated to do so but, when you’ve spent $9k+ on a vehicle, you want it to be defect-free. Let’s see how easy the return process is. Tried calling Kandi direct using the provided phone number but no luck so far. Will provide an update to this review once we hear from Amazon or Kandi America. Additionally, the phone number on the Bill of Lading was for Kandi America and not my own so there was no way for the delivery driver to contact me in advance of the delivery. He also did not ring the doorbell. We only knew he was at the house because of our outside cameras. UPDATE (Aug 27, 2024): Kandi America customer service has been great. After providing pictures of the damaged cart, they determined the best course of action was to replace the cart. The final exchange was completed yesterday. We’ve only had the new cart for a day but are very happy with it. UPDATE (Dec 10, 2024): We’ve had our cart for a few months now. It works and look great. We love it! Purchase the 48V cart for a late Christmas present. Never got to use it because the batteries were stolen. Coleman didn’t have the knowledge/replacement parts, so I was sent to Kandi to obtain the information/parts. Two months later and I still don’t have a functioning cart. MULTIPLE calls to Kandi have only resulted in multiple unfulfilled promises of calls and emails… STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY/BRAND. ... show more

My 12v died 6 months into use of the cart. I purchased a replacement out of pocket because I couldn’t get Kandi to respond or answer how to get this fixed or replaced. My cart came damaged I shipping with a crack on the corner. I could live with that. The cart is slow 14/15mph is it. Then after about six months i started having trouble with the batteries staying charged. The customer service is just terrible. IF you are lucky enough to get someone on the phone they will tell you they will have someone call you back. It took almost 3 weeks of pestering them until I got a call back. The warranty is a complete joke. I would highly recommend going with a name brand like ezgo or club car. They are more expensive but you will save money and many headaches ... show more
