Purchase the 48V cart for a late Christmas present. Never got to use it because the batteries were stolen. Coleman didn’t have the knowledge/replacement parts, so I was sent to Kandi to obtain the information/parts. Two months later and I still don’t have a functioning cart. MULTIPLE calls to Kandi have only resulted in multiple unfulfilled promises of calls and emails… STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY/BRAND. ... show more

My 12v died 6 months into use of the cart. I purchased a replacement out of pocket because I couldn’t get Kandi to respond or answer how to get this fixed or replaced.
