This product blocks view pretty well but shadows can still be seen through it. I only mention that if you are thinking about buying this to help keep dogs barking at each other through a fence. Great purchase. Easy to install. Sturdy. Secure grommets. Zip ties are not great, you may want to use thicker zip ties. Overall, works great. Allows breeze to come through, provides shade and privacy. Dogs don't bark at the neighbors constantly anymore.

I searched through quite a few brands and reviews before deciding on this one. I must say I'm more than pleased with the results. There's practically zero see-thru effect. I was able to put up 100ft worth by myself and it still got stretched tight. Took Mayne an hour to do the whole thing. I'm definitely buying more for another neighbor side. I didn't expect for the screen to a problem, however the trouble is the dollar store ties that comes with them. Most of all the sellers are forcing you to buy the ties from them that's included with the purchase. So I give 3 stars because it's part of the purchase and it really matters that you have to buy stronger ties ... show more

Update— see headline after February 7, 2024 EF1 tornado in Grover Beach California!! The screening is easy to hang. I used aluminum carabiners to connect it to the hog panel fence. The screen cut down on wind and trash blowing into the yard. The temperature in the yard actually improved too!!
