Out of the box this is a nice board, it has nice looking graphics, it is a good size, and the included leash is fairly decent quality. The bottom of the board is slick, and it glides well enough, though depending on your weight, it may not keep you as on top of the water as you might like. The foam inside provides an overall rigid structure, but it is not the resilient kind and dents quite easily so I'm not sure how long this will realistically last. Overall, it's an OK board. For the same price as picking one up at a local swim shop on the pier you get a board that also includes a nice leash. That being said, the foam used is not that tough, so I expect this to only last a season or two.

This bodyboard has a sleek material as an outer shell. The pro of this is how easily it glides through the water. The con of this is how easy it is to slide off this board. The leash is pretty good. The padding ensures it is comfortable to wear. It is able to close pretty tightly which is a big bonus for us because many leashes don’t get small enough for my wrists. It feels durable enough to handle some fun, small waves. However, I wouldn’t trust this leash in larger waves or rough conditions. The pattern and colors are vibrant; the listing pictures are accurate. My biggest issue with this board is how easily it dents. After just one day at the beach, the board looks worse off than boards we’ve owned for a few years. I believe it will last through the summer season, but I don’t expect it to last into next summer.

There are better designs of a body board than this one, and this one is very slick and easy to slide off of. Overall, if you are not looking for a board for serious sport, this one will do, and the price point is affordable.

We haven't gotten to hit the waves yet, but I wanted to provide my first impressions. It appears well made, not one of those super-cheap boards with no slick bottom. It has a nice stiffness to it that will serve well in the water. One of the things that sold it for me was the stripe pattern on the bottom, which is supposed to be a deterrent for sharks. I know boogie boarders who have been attacked, so I was pleased when I saw this. Note that not all patterns come with high-contrast stripes. I can't wait to get on the water with this, it's so much better looking than the cheap-looking ones they sell at Target and Walmart

Good to play with, and a handy leash to keep from losing the board but not something to use in challenging conditions. This board has a very slick surface, so it is difficult to stay on, but maybe a good beginner board.

We've been waiting for a nice day to take our bikes out to the beach and were super excited to try this bodyboard out once we had some sunlight. Overall, this board works really well in the shallower waves (3-4 ft deep) where my 9 year old likes to hang and play. It fits him (54" tall) well and he was able to ride wave after wave with a mild learning curve. The leash was also great because it kept him from losing the board when he'd crash. I did attempt to use the board closer to where I like to swim (10 ft deep), but I (6ft, 200lbs) struggled to keep my balance and then got paranoid when some dolphins swam by. As such, for this price point, I would highly recommend this bodyboard for beginners or younger swimmers (8-16), but not so much for adults. What I liked: - Worked very well for my 9 year old - Leash kept it from floating off - Survived a long day at the beach - Pricing What I didn’t like: - Wasn't very functional for me at 10 ft beach depths TL;DR: 5 STARS - Yup yup yup! It meets or exceeds all of my expectations and is high quality, I would purchase it again without hesitation and would openly recommend it to friends.

My family and I had so much fun with this body board on vacation last week. It was perfect for riding the waves into shore. It is VERY light weight. It is VERY well made and sturdy..... we took it out everyday all week and despite being heavily used and sitting out in the sun all day and being thrown in the trunk with chairs and umbrellas it still looked and functioned great.
