    • Had a bad batch, they made it right
Set name: 6Pack-ND
I had such poor quality variance from piece to piece. First I used the ND 4 filter first and it was so hard to clip in I was afraid I’ll break the gimbal. Then I used ND 32 later in the day and it was so loose and barely clipped in, so when my drone clipped a small branch the filter just flew off and I lost the filter. I thought that was the end of the story, but the manufacturer contacted me and let me know they reviewed their batches and found defective products and fixed that. They sent me a brand new set and they all fit well. They went above and beyond to making it right so updated my review to 5 star. ... show more
