    • Not compatible with mirrorless R7+ RF 100-500mm AF system

Incompatible with Canon RF-100-500mm and R7 AF system. All images taken (tripod tests with same settings) between filter and no filter show images with filter unfocused/soft. Not compatible with mirrorless Canon cameras so be aware. I do use a K&F UV filer of the NANO-X series on the R6+15-600mm Sigma and that does not seem to cause focus issues. This is a good filter that doesn't negatively impact my images. The only knock I have on it is that I can't get it off the lens. I didn't over-tighten it, but the design is such that the circular ring makes it so that you can't grip it enough to unscrew it. I like this filter for what it does. It removes a good amount of glare from bright lights. The bump in contrast and color is also noticeable (in a good way). I just wished I got the one that fits my 52mm lens instead of my 30mm. I do headshots and closeups with my 52mm lens and I might have to get another filter. ... show more
